Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful, exciting, and intense experiences of our lives. Every bride-to-be or groom-to-be wants their big day to be thoughtful, unique, and totally βthemββbut still affordable and realistic. We’re all about making things special but simple around here so we’re pulling together some of our favorite ideas for DIYing your wedding in a unique, fun way that still feels like you.
Use our Double-Sided Square Prints to make simple, affordable, but really beautiful save-the-dates. Add an engagment photo on one side and the event details on the other. Order your custom save- the- dates on our website here.
We can’t oversell how fun Giant Photo Strips are. They look like oversized photobooth-style prints that give you both that classic and retro feel. We’ve seen them used as wedding backdrops, reception decor, or a fun way to print your wedding photos after the fact. You can tape them up, get them custom-framed, or, our favorite take: use 9β Wooden Hangers to hang them in less than a minute.

Wedding dinners can be a little awkward since there are friends and family and co-workers that may not know each other. Ease the tension with mini photos or photo strips of each of your dinner guests as their place card. Just order Mini Photo Prints (go for the square crop so you have extra white space at the bottom) and pen each person’s name on their photo. Or, order Photo Strips and tailor the photos to each person. Guests can take the photos with them or you can gather them and add them to your wedding scrapbook as a sort of Wedding Guest Yearbook.
This is a simple way to take the traditional guest book and turn it into something you can actually display after the wedding. Make a Metal Print for your wedding βguest bookβ. We recommend printing an engagement photo on metal in 16x24β or bigger so there’s plenty of room for guests to sign their names and leave a short message. Use black Sharpies or for something extra special, leave gold and silver Sharpies so you’re left with some serious sparkle after the party’s over. They can also sign on the back!
It’s one thing to say βthank youβ; it’s another to say it with a thick, super nice card filled with thoughtful words inside. Our Photo Greeting Cards are a step above. Truly. Print your wedding photos on the front and share your gratitude by mailing or hand-delivering them a greeting card so nice they can frame it to remember your special day.
If you’re really wanting to give your guests something extra special, make Tiny Books. They’re miniature photo books that are delightful to behold in person. They’re magnetic so you can stick them together or separate them and put them on your fridge. The photos in Tiny Books are also high quality so you don’t need to worry about sacrificing print quality for size. They come in sets of 3 but you can design one and order as many as you need. Give them to every guest, or as bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts.
